Bloomingdale Athletic Booster Club Check Request Form
Please use this form to submit an on-line check request. Check requests are processed on the 1st and 15th of each month. It is highly recommended that all requests are place at a minimum of 15 days before your payment is needed. Please note, the bank processes checks in 5-7 business days.
